The main issue is that the installer doesn't call to confirm the date and time and also the price is not clear, you arrive and depending how you look, kind of , they will give you a price and during the job as well if they say oh it's that was more difficult than expected they will charge you more so is that kind of negotiation without having the price super clear that bothers me a little bit because I think we should be clear from the beginning in terms of the price of the service so my experience was like so so.
