The Observe G3-ICE uses a high-silica compound that stays flexible in cold temperatures while improving grip on wet and icy surfaces. Toyo's Microbit technology embeds crushed walnut shells directly into the tread compound, helping the tire bite into ice for stronger traction, in addition to its 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake certification.
Reliable handling in wet and slushy conditions
A V-shaped centre rib with horizontal sipes adds stability at higher speeds while helping drain water and slush from the contact patch. Wide evacuation grooves clear water, snow, and slush efficiently, and large U-shaped tread blocks with saw-toothed edges provide aggressive grip along with improved cornering and braking on slushy roads.
