How can I return or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order, even after payment has been processed.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then submit an official return request. Return shipping fees  starting at $25 per item  may apply.

Please note that any tire that has been used or installed is not eligible for return, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Pre-mounted kits: Different conditions apply. Cancellation is only possible if the kit has not yet been assembled, and handling fees starting at $25 per item (each tire and each wheel), before tax, may apply. Once the kit has been assembled, it can no longer be cancelled, even if it has not yet shipped. Pre-mounted kits are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or an ordering error.
