If you find a lower price from a Canadian competitor and can provide proof, we’ll match it. Even better, you’re covered for up to 14 days after your order—if a better deal appears on Blackcircles.ca or elsewhere, we’ll make it right.

The following conditions and exclusions apply to our Price Protection Guarantee:

  • The price match policy applies to prices before taxes.
  • The price match policy does not apply to wheels, TPMS or hardware.
  • The policy does not apply to purchases past 14 days from the original date of purchase.
  • The product must be sold and shipped from Canada by a Canadian retailer.
  • The price must be verifiable (flyer, website, etc.). A verifiable and full proof with store name, purchase and/or promotion dates, price, and model number is required.
  • The product must be available (in stock), and you must be able to complete the order.
  • The policy does not apply to tire or wheel offers in conjunction with a new vehicle purchase or lease from an OEM Car Dealership.
  • Mail-in rebates, scratch and save discounts, gifts with purchase, or prepaid cards are excluded.
  • The products must be identical (Same part number).
  • The policy cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or coupon.
  • The policy does not apply on any special sale, clearance sale, liquidation, discontinued products, Kumho tires or private label tires.
  • The policy does not apply on any tires replaced under warranty by the tire manufacturer, supplier or retailer.
  • The policy does not apply to labor charges, small parts, environmental, or other miscellaneous charges.
  • Items with typographical or advertising errors or misprints are excluded.
  • Credit or financing programs offered by Local Competitors are excluded.
  • “Spend and Get” promotions (e.g., Spend $200, and get a $20 gift card) are excluded.
  • After-purchase Price Matches during special sales events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday are excluded.
  • The price protection policy does not cover the shipping fees.
  • The policy does not apply to used, damaged, refurbished, returned, open box or display merchandise.
  • The price match policy will take into account the shipping fees that applied at the time of the order or that are applying at the time of the price match request.


Blackcircles.ca Price Protection Guarantee may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Blackcircles reserves the right not to offer the price match policy if the competitor’s price falls below purchasing cost. Some exclusions apply.
